The Edo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has accused the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its governorship candidate, Senator Monday Okpebholo, of being in “complete disarray” as they struggle to defend alleged electoral malpractice in the September 21 governorship election.
