Africa must not copy The USA's version of democracy, justice, equal opportunities, policing, etc.

Most African countries talk and write a lot about democracy nebulously due to their consciousnesses/awareness of being plagued with debilitating kleptocracies. When I first left my country, Sierra Leone, for The UK during the last week of August 1960, I changed 2(Two) Leones for 1 Pound Sterling; today November 2022, for Stg.£1.00p you need to pay about 21000 Leones due to continuing kleptocratic and bad government.
